Adam has worked as a Manager of Teams of IT Professionals for more than 20 years, and in various IT roles for more than 25 years. His professional experience totals over 30 years.

Adam has spent the last four years at University of Technology, Sydney. Prior to that he spent many years working throughout Financial Services. Adam’s flexibility, and adaptability are demonstrated through successful delivery in domains such as Telecommunications, Media, Shared Services, Utilities, Government.

Adam specialises in building Teams and Individual’s within Teams, system modernisation, Digital futures, process improvement, large, complex projects, and assisting projects in distress.

Adam believes engaging people is at the heart of successfully completing any work. He prides himself on his ability to communicate and engage with all Stakeholders.

Outside of work, Adam is a dedicated, active volunteer NSW Rural Fire Service Officer and firefighter (over 20 years), and a Justice of the Peace.
