Angela Kenna is Associate Director, Progression at QUT, with more than 23 years of experience in higher education across Library, IT, HiQ and Student Administration. Angela leads diverse teams that support students throughout the current student lifecycle. Her portfolio encompasses student fees and progression, class scheduling and allocation, study plans, student records, examinations, completions, and graduations. 

Angela is passionate about creating exceptional student experiences and leading collaborative change that makes a real difference. She is known for connecting people, building strong partnerships across the university, and delivering practical, student-centred solutions that improve services and outcomes.
