Jen Frazer is a Project Coordinator in the Digital Services Directorate at Central Queensland University, working within the Experience Systems Portfolio, with over 17 years’ experience in the higher education sector. Her work contributes to institution‑wide digital initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and promote consistent, effective use of digital platforms.

Her experience spans digital workplace and low code/no code environments, where she supports initiatives focused on employee experience, governance, and sustainable ways of working across systems and processes.
