Senior Manager (Networks), University of Southern Queensland

Marcus Woon is the Senior Manager (Networks) at UniSQ, responsible for the design, delivery, and strategic direction of the university’s network and data centre infrastructure. He leads the network engineering team and has overseen several major uplift programs, including the recent re‑architecture of UniSQ’s WAN, perimeter, and Internet edge to support future 100Gb capability. Marcus has also delivered key projects such as the university’s migration to Zoom Phone and ongoing wireless modernisation across multiple campuses.
