Beginning his career in digital systems and eCommerce architecture, Mau built strong technical foundations in secure, real-time transaction environments before moving into strategic information management and enterprise transformation. He has led major initiatives in data governance reform, regulatory reporting assurance, forecasting and planning modernisation, and AI readiness. Mau is recognised for advancing the shift from traditional business intelligence to decision intelligence — ensuring that intent, authority, governance, and execution are deliberately designed.
