Nigel is co-chair of the CAUDIT Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice and as a senior technology and architecture leader with more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Nigel brings a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and a proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation. His career spans both public and private sectors including higher education, resources, utilities, and consulting. Nigel is passionate about established and governed enterprise architecture functions that align technology investment with organisational strategy. He has extensive experience across multiple architecture domains, digital strategy, and solution governance, applying framework-driven approaches such as TOGAF and DMBOK to deliver structured, sustainable outcomes. He has successfully implemented enterprise architecture tools, embedded effective architectural governance practices, and influenced major programs through pragmatic, outcome-focused engagement. Equally effective partnering with senior executives and technical delivery teams, he fosters alignment, builds organisational capability, through architecture-led planning and execution.
