Rachael Lamb is a senior higher education leader with 15 years’ experience at Charles Sturt University, focused on student administration and student‑centred service delivery. As Director of Student Administration, she provided strategic oversight of the full student lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on service excellence, compliance, and enabling positive student experiences through effective systems, processes, and governance. She is well-regarded for her ability to lead in complex regulated environments and to bring clarity and stability to critical operational functions. Rachael now serves as Director of Business Transformation for the Student Management Transformation Project, where she ensures that operational realities, student needs, and governance requirements are embedded in design and delivery decisions.
