Head of Digital Transformation, University of New South Wales (UNSW)
I’ve built my career at the intersection of business and technology, leading digital, data, AI and regulatory transformations that help organisations operate smarter, safer and more sustainably. What drives me is not just delivering programs — it’s solving real problems for customers, improving the systems people rely on every day, and creating environments where teams feel confident, empowered and proud of the work they deliver.
Across my career in major banks, global financial institutions and large public-sector organisations, I’ve learned that meaningful transformation only happens when people feel supported, when complexity is simplified, and when leaders create clarity in moments of uncertainty. I’ve led programs involving large-scale digital uplift, AI adoption, customer experience redesign, data and compliance modernisation, and complex migrations — but the part I enjoy most is helping teams navigate ambiguity and turn strategy into outcomes.
I’m passionate about bringing emerging technology and human-centred design together — whether that’s improving digital journeys, automating manual processes, strengthening risk and regulatory foundations, or introducing AI tools that genuinely make people’s work easier and more rewarding. I believe in transparency, calm leadership, thoughtful decision-making and building strong relationships across business and IT.
At my core, I’m motivated by opportunities where technology makes a real difference: improving customer experiences, strengthening trust, reducing risk, supporting teams, and enabling organisations to grow with confidence. I’m always looking to contribute to environments where people collaborate openly, challenge old ways of working, and share a commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and communities.
