Saurabh has been working as an IT professional for the last 28 years in various roles in large organisations. Currently he is Principal consultant Change and Configuration Management at Queensland University of technology. In his current role he developed several change management process workflows and has significantly contributed to the development of QUT’s configuration management practices. He is passionate about instinctively simple process design which results in better user adoption. He has various certifications including ITIL V3/4/5, Prosci Change Management and has master’s degree in computer science and business management.
