With over 25 years experience in the planning, execution and uplift of projects, programs and portfolios, I am currently supporting RMIT as a Senior Manager developing the strategic plans to align business objectives and prioritise investment to RMIT's strategic objectives. This includes being the secretary for the Strategic Integration Committee - the executive body responsible for strategic investment decisions.

My focus is on data-driven decision-making and collaborative engagement that empowers teams to optimize resource allocation and deliver meaningful impact to grow and develop businesses from the inside.

With over five years of experience as Capability Uplift Manager at RMIT, I supported the enhancement of delivery/execution practices through targeted learning forums and health checks, improving enterprise-wide capabilities.
