Suzanna Wong is Associate Director of Enterprise Applications at the University of Queensland, where she leads high-performing cross-functional teams across student, finance and CRM domains. With over 15 years in higher education IT, she has delivered major initiatives including TCSI and MFA, Suzanna has contributed to sector-wide innovation and best practices through roles on the ANZ HEUG Student Advisory Group, Oracle’s international Product Advisory Group, and the QTAC Technical Advisory Group. A passionate advocate for operational excellence and people development, she mentored emerging leaders through WIT and is currently completing her MBA at the University of Melbourne. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and is a Google Local Guide.
