Let’s be honest, most of us work in environments where things don’t stay still for long. Priorities shift, structures change, leaders come and go, and somehow the work still needs to get done.

What we don’t talk about enough is what that actually feels like for the people in the middle of it.

This session is an honest reflection on what helped us keep going through constant change. It’s not a success story or a framework—just what worked when things felt messy, unclear, and at times overwhelming.

We spent time having open conversations with our leadership, asking hard questions—and then more, until we genuinely ran out. For a group of analysts, that says a lot. Our manager later said we were the toughest crowd, but also that those were some of the most valuable conversations.

We’ll share what made the difference: creating space to ask openly, supporting each other without overcomplicating things, and continuing to move forward even when direction wasn’t clear.

If you’re leading, supporting, or simply trying to stay afloat in a changing environment, this session offers a few simple, practical things you can take back to your team straight away.

Because sometimes, keeping it together—even just a little—is the real win.
