Registration Inclusions

Full Registration

Full registration includes:

• Access to all three days of conference sessions (20–22 July 2026)
• Daily catering
• Ticket to the Welcome Reception on Monday 20 July 2026
• Ability to purchase one ticket to the Networking Dinner on Tuesday 21 July 2026
• Delegate name badge and conference bag
• Registrations prior to 18 May 2026, will also have the opportunity to opt into receiving a delegate t-shirt

Student Registration

Student registration includes the same entitlements as full registration.
This rate is available to current students and undergraduates. Proof of enrolment may be requested.

Notices – Cancellations and Substitutions

All notices relating to cancellations, refunds or substitutions must be submitted in writing to: strongertogether@consec.com.au. 

All communication from the conference organisers will be sent to the email address used at the time of registration.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration by notifying the conference secretariat via email. Refunds will be issued according to the schedule below:

• Cancellations received on or before 2 June 2026: full refund minus a $100 administration fee
• Cancellations received between 3 June and 13 July 2026: 50% refund
• Cancellations received after 13 July 2026: no refund available

If you do not receive acknowledgement of your cancellation within two business days, please contact the conference secretariat for confirmation.

Substitutions

Substitute delegates may be nominated at any time without penalty.
To arrange a substitution, email the conference secretariat with the new attendee’s details.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the host cancels or postpones Stronger Together 2026, delegates will be notified by email.

• If the event is cancelled: all registration fees paid will be refunded in full.
• If the event is postponed: delegates may either transfer their registration to the new dates or request a full refund.

Travel and Accommodation

Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the conference, the host is not responsible for reimbursement of travel or accommodation expenses.

Delegates are encouraged to book flexible accommodation and consider travel insurance where appropriate.
