Jyoti Di‑Cola is the Human Centred Design Chapter Lead at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), leading a multidisciplinary team of experience designers and digital accessibility specialists. With over 20 years’ experience across government, telecommunications, banking and higher education, Jyoti is a strong advocate for inclusive, accessible and human‑centred design. Her work focuses on embedding accessibility early into strategy, governance and delivery to create meaningful, usable digital experiences at scale.
